"We are delighted that the new Plaza area is now open, as this allows us to host more outdoor events such as Outdoor Adventure Dubai which previously was not possible," said Trixee Loh, Senior Vice President, Dubai World Trade Centre.

"Co-locating Outdoor Adventure Dubai and one of our flagship shows such as Dubai International Motor Show provides a natural synergy for the visitors and families we expect at the show. We believe that the 100,000 visitors that attend the Dubai International Motor Show will be thrilled to also experience this inaugural event which will feature products and equipment for a wide variety of land and water activities."

Among the attractions are the 15m-high climbing and abseiling wall offering an adrenaline-fuelled rush to the top, dedicated demonstrations in the Dive Pool, a thrilling Paintballing shooting range and the BBOY Middle East dance championships.

The show is the first and only complete outdoor adventure and sporting event of its kind to be held in the UAE, with in excess of 40 participating companies, agents and distributors, representing some of the biggest international consumer brands, will be staged in an outdoor venue with dedicated features where visitors will be able to try out the newest sports and outdoor equipment.
