The Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG) is the UAE's association of professional chefs. It is a non-profit-making organisation, organised by volunteers dedicated solely to the advancement of culinary art in the UAE.

Each month, members join together to discuss industry trends, food promotion and culinary competitions.
