Mr Arif Amiri, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar Retail, said:

Reel Cinemas at The Dubai Mall is operated by Reel Entertainment LLC, a joint venture of Emaar Retail and Singapore-based premier entertainment provider Cathay Organisation Holdings Ltd. Following the opening of Reel Cinemas at The Dubai Mall, Reel Entertainment LLC will launch its second 6-screen Reel Cinemas at Dubai Marina Mall next year.
Reel Cinemas complements other hugely popular entertainment centres in The Dubai Mall including SEGA Republic, the first and largest of its kind theme park in the Middle East; Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo featuring the world's largest acrylic panel and 33,000 aquatic animals; and the Olympic-sized Dubai Ice Rink.
