Saudi Hollandi Bank inaugurates a new ladies branch in Al-Khobar

The Saudi Hollandi Bank has recently inaugurated a new Ladies branch in Al-Khobar city to provide a full package of banking services for ladies as part of the bank's ambitious plans to develop and expand ladies branches all over the Kingdom so as to meet the growing requirements and needs of the bank's base of ladies customers.

With this new branch, the total number of ladies branches in the Kingdom stands at 11 branches throughout all Kingdom regions.

The opening of the new Al-Khobar ladies branch follows the opening of the new Area Management Building of SHB which was recently inaugurated under the auspices of HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Eastern Province at the most lively locations in Al-Khobar, King Abdul Aziz Road.

It is worth mentioning that another ladies branch was inaugurated less than one week before in Al-Ghadir District in Riyadh which also witnessed the inauguration of the first banking technology in the Kingdom, TCR which was introduced to enhance the Open Branch concept.

Faten Aba-Alkhail Head of Ladies Banking Unit at the bank said that the fast expansion of the bank's ladies-dedicated branches aims at providing highest possible standard of banking and financial services for ladies within an integrated banking environment using latest banking technology and innovative solutions to satisfy the aspirations and requirements of lady customers and take into consideration the growth of their level of banking awareness and increased demands and which necessitates the development and support of banking environment using highest professional standards.

Aba-Alkhail said:
"The new Al-Khobar branch is the third to be inaugurated in the year 2009 after the Al-Ghadir Ladies Branch as a part of the Bank's strategy to cope with the developments of the local market including increased level of banking and investment awareness of Saudi ladies, increased involvement of ladies in the work market which reflects on the growth of banking needs of Saudi ladies and the expanded investment ambitions which in turn require the provision of proper banking environment, financial solutions and innovative banking options which copes with the requirements of Saudi ladies and helps achieving their objectives and enable them to continue rendering their vital role in the community."


She stressed that the bank's management is very keen to exploit all technical and human resources to provide an innovative concept of Ladies banking branches based on a full combination of most advanced banking technology supported by a team of qualified staff with high level of qualification and experience to meet the requirements of customers with full flexibility and high rates of service quality, interaction and communication.
