Jim has advised on dispute resolution matters on major infrastructure projects across Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
Jim is head of the Litigation and Regulatory practice in the Middle East and he will continue to lead the group when he takes up his new role next year.
Tony Holland is also Regional Head of Finance for the Middle East and Dubai-based partner, Shehzaad Sacranie, has been appointed to succeed him in this role, effective 1 February 2010.
Shehzaad has extensive project finance and Islamic finance experience in the Middle East. He has advised a number of high profile global financial institutions with interests across the Middle East region and has significant knowledge and understanding of the local business market.
