FCC said this came as a part of its summer training program to help prepare and give the new generation of Kuwaiti youth a view of the professional working sphere in the private sector.

Public Relations and Media Manager at FCC, Ibtissam Sultan, said that this training group "was comprised of trainees from "LOYAC" and those that applied from FCC directly".

Sultan also added that the training took place in FCC's Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development departments respectively, all of which are equally important in function.

Training in these departments helped in nurturing the trainees' analytical and communication skills, and improved their self confidence as they were in direct contact with customers, dealing with different types of problems, in addition to the work experience they gained, in their first steps to their professional careers.

Sultan called on all those interested in training at FCC to apply without any hesitation, as training at FCC would allow them to take advantage of its social programs that are continuously developing, and its leadership that it maintains in the market through its exceptional products, services, and staff.

She also affirmed that senior management has no intention of decreasing investment in human capital, but rather it will continue to invest and develop its staff, even during the recent economic situation.

Established in 1996, Future Communications Company (FCC) is an authorized distributor of Nokia mobile phones and accessories in Kuwait, and is a subsidiary of the publicly traded company Future Communication Company Global.
