- Qatar: Thursday, November 12 - 2009 at 09:59
- PRESS RELEASE
Qtel is set to offer the widest range of call promotions this Eid holiday, starting with a fantastic opportunity for Shahry Value Pack customers, which doubles the minutes available for talking to loved ones.
As part of this promotion, Shahry Value Pack customers will be entitled to double the standard call minutes that come with every pack.
This means that customers using the Shahry 130 value pack get an bonus 300 minutes of talk time, to make a maximum of a whopping 600 minutes; customers with Shahry 200 will get 600 bonus minutes to get a maximum of 1,200 call minutes; Shahry 300 customers get an additional 1,000 minutes to make a total 2,000 minutes available; while customers on the highest pack, Shahry 575, get an amazing 2,000 additional minutes to get a maximum 4,000 minutes of call time.
This amazing offer means that people can talk with friends and relatives at some of the lowest effective call rates in Qatar's history. The promotion is being automatically made available to every existing Shahry Value Pack customer. Customers will automatically receive the bonus credit on the 15th of the month.
The promotion follows on from Qtel's hugely successful 2009 campaign for Ramadan, which offered international call minutes as part of the Shahry Value Pack experience, helping to make calling overseas hugely attractive for customers across Qatar.
In addition to the Eid promotion, Shahry Value Packs continue to offer bundles of free SMS, MMS and MBs of Internet downloads, as well as benefits like the "One Free Number" for Shahry 300 and Shahry 575 Value Packs, which enables customers to call one number for free for life.
Customers wanting to call overseas can also benefit from Qtel's new International Minute Packs, which offer a set number of minutes at specially-reduced rates, making it one of the most cost effective ways to make international calls.
Qtel has combined these special rates for overseas and local calls to ensure that everyone can stay in touch this Eid holiday.
Qtel is set to launch major offer for "Hala" shortly.
