Elaborate scale models of properties at Index

This unique and innovative concept is ideal for lovers of art and luxury, fans of originality who wish to acquire a personalised work of art: their property reproduced to scale in the finest detail, so that it can be admired at leisure from all angles and perspectives.

The models are produced exclusively in fine woods from around the world, sometimes from almost inaccessible regions. They are made of many thousands of pieces of solid wood, since the charter requires that the sections of wood used do not exceed 3mm².

The use of a variety of species of wood means that the models can accurately reproduce the original colours of the buildings without the use of artificial colours.

There are a number of options available for decorating the 100% wood models: addition of gold on the prominent areas of the roof, or incrusting of precious gemstones in the decoration, whilst fibre optic lighting gives alternative aspect to the piece for nocturnal viewing.

All of Guy Périer's creations are fitted with a gold name plate and are certified by an art expert from the Cour de Paris (Paris Court).

The models are delivered under a glass dome to protect them. A variety of scales are possible, to allow budgetary or space constraints to be taken into account.

As the work of art should be perfectly integrated into its surroundings, its base can be made from a wide choice of materials and its design is particularly carefully studied.
