Arab Wings successfully establishes the joint venture- Afaq Holding Company in Bahrain

Fulfilling on its promise of "the sky has no limits" in serving its clients and partners, Arab Wings, one of the leading private and luxury aviation corporations in the region, has announced the signing of a joint venture agreement for the establishment of "Afaq Holding", a specialized aviation brokerage firm with concentration on investing in various services within that industry.

Partnering Arab Wings in this deal is a group of leading Saudi investors with vast ventures in the region.

"Global Wings" is Afaq Holding's first operating arm joining its sister companies and complementing their endeavors and aviation expertise brought forward by Arab Wings private charters, Royal Jordanian Air Academy the leading Aviation academy in the region, Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College and their latest establishment of Gulf Wings headquartered in the UAE.

"We are ecstatic about this new venture which puts us in the center of the region as a leading aviation service provider. We can comfortably state that now we are a prominent player serving the expanding market of executive and larger charter passenger travel, we are promising our clients world standards and now we can deliver on that promise."

Stemming from its experience in the aviation field with its superior track record combining experienced professionals and a unique fleet of aircrafts, Arab Wings has been chosen to be the technical manager for "Global Wings" supervising all of its projects.

Mr. Haitham Al Muzayyen, the representative of the prominent investors in "Afaq Holding" company emphasized the importance of facing the challenge of the economy crisis through a strong vision and the continuous strive to enter new markets guided by the proper strategy.

Mr. Al Muzayyen added: "this new consortium will invest in the potential of the market, with noticeable expansion in the near future being serviced in the region and in particular out of the GCC and the Levant".
