Software AG empowers Saudi Telecom to deliver superior value-added services to 20 million subscribers

Specifically, Software AG will provide maintenance and support services focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems, which will ultimately benefit STC's more than 20 million subscribers through more efficient and superior value-added customer support facilities.

The partnership is bound to help STC enhance its relationship with customers. Furthermore, the five-year agreement manifests the continued satisfaction of STC in Software AG's products and services; since 2003, Software AG has been a trusted partner in delivering solutions that address various IT and technology integration challenges of STC.
