Jones Lang LaSalle appoints new Head of Valuation Services

Jones Lang LaSalle, the world's leading real estate investment and advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Gary Brown as Head of Valuation Services for the MENA region.

From its regional headquarters in Dubai, Gary will lead the firm's team of more than 15 professional valuers which over the past two years has valued more than US$ 200 billion worth of real estate assets.

Gary has been providing professional valuation services across the Middle East for the past five years. He brings over ten years valuation industry experience working in senior positions with a number of international property consultancies. During his career in real estate he has advised on all types of property, providing valuations for varying purposes, including secured lending, development appraisal, initial public offerings and internal corporate purposes. Gary holds a degree in Land Economics and is a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
