Central Bank of Bahrain Governor receives delegation of Uzbekistan

Mr. Rasheed Mohammed Al Maraj, Governor of Central Bank of Bahrain, received Uzbekistani delegation headed by HE Mr. Elyor Ganiev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of foreign economic relations, industry and investment during their visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Governor also briefed HE Mr. Elyor Ganiev on Bahrain's positive experience in the field of Islamic banking and leading role in the development of this sector.
Mr. Al Maraj stated that this visit serves to strengthen the economic cooperation between the two countries and his keenness to provide every opportunity for the development of these relations.
For his part, HE the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his happiness to visit the Kingdom of Bahrain, and praised the economic development taking place in the Kingdom. He also explained that this visit comes to confirm the depth of the bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.
