He welcomed the visiting delegation, and presented an overview of banking and financial sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the regulatory and supervisory role over the financial institutions.
The Governor also briefed HE Mr. Elyor Ganiev on Bahrain's positive experience in the field of Islamic banking and leading role in the development of this sector.
Mr. Al Maraj stated that this visit serves to strengthen the economic cooperation between the two countries and his keenness to provide every opportunity for the development of these relations.
For his part, HE the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his happiness to visit the Kingdom of Bahrain, and praised the economic development taking place in the Kingdom. He also explained that this visit comes to confirm the depth of the bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.
