Dubai Eye, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this year, is broadcasting the event live from 9.00am-6.00pm until 22 November.
Mahmoud Al Rasheed, General Manager, ARN, said:
"The Dubai World Championship is witnessing 60 of the world's best golfers compete for the record prize purse. As a leading broadcasting entity with seven radio stations, we are proud to support such a major event."
Steve Smith, Chief Operating Officer, ARN, said: "The live broadcast underlines Dubai Eye's commitment to major sporting events and with our core demography being golf enthusiasts, it is only natural for our flagship talk radio station Dubai Eye 103.8 to promote an event of this stature."
The inaugural Dubai World Championship is the culmination of The Race to Dubai, the competition that replaces The European Tour Order of Merit and encompasses The Tour's most prestigious tournaments, the Major Championships and the World Golf Championships. Those finishing in the top 15 on The Race to Dubai will split the US$7.5 million bonus pool.
One of the fastest growing radio networks and communications services in the region, ARN has a portfolio that comprises Al Arabiya 99.0 and Al Khaleejiya 100.9 in Arabic, Virgin Radio Dubai 104.4, Dubai Eye 103.8, and Dubai 92 in English, and City 101.6 and Hit 96.7 in the South Asian languages of Hindi and Malayalam respectively.
