Their top-ranking product is VitaSeal, a thermal and acoustic insulator that is both airtight and watertight. It is made of high-density, open cell polyurethane polyester foam, heavily impregnated with tar.

The latter makes the seal air and watertight, and highly resistant to aging under compression, delaying its resumption of initial size following the interruption of compression. VitaSeal can resist a 600Pa driving rain pressure, and is fully adaptable to any Class 1 façade joint sealing. It is suitable for outdoor aluminium and wood millwork and for indoor roofing panels.

Tramico also offers a comprehensive range of thin acoustic sub-layers to reduce sound pollution. These are laid down directly beneath floating wooden floors, laminated floor coating, tiled flooring or under a concrete screed. Indeed, Tramisol and Tramichape are among the company's leading products.

There is a range of additional products addressing other technical issues relating to buildings air and water tightness, especially sealant base foams (Tramicord and Adhecell) as well as other application-specific technical foam (Tramiband and Tramifeu).
