In London, JCC won the AIB Editor's Choice Award for innovative programming at the special Excellence Awards gala dinner organized by the Association of International Broadcasters (AIB). The award came to recognize JCC's exceptional and innovative content and contribution to the children of the Arab world, promoting education and creating a progressive mindset.
Premiering in children's drama, JCC's TV family series "Ana Wa Ekhwati" (Me and my siblings) bagged gold award for Best Picture and Sound in the TV drama category and won silver award for Best Children Drama at the 15th Cairo Arab Media Festival. The third season of "Ana Wa Ekhwati" is broadcasted as part of this year's special Ramadan offering with a remarkable picture. The series is the first Arabic drama rolled with "Red Cinema" camera.

• 13th Cairo Arab Media Festival, "Creativity Prize" for "Best Director" came for JCC's drama TV series "Gala Gala", in December 2007.
• Cairo International Film Festival for Children, Gold Award, for the televised magazine "Tariq Al-Najah", in March 2008.
• Children and Family Prize for short feature film at the 4th Al Jazeera International Documentary Film Festival for "Pencils without lead", in öApril 2008.
• PROMAX/BDA Arabia, Best Holiday/Seasonal/Special Event Promo 2008 for the "Children of Iraq" movie promo produced in house by JCC Art and Promotion Department, in May 2008.
• 14th Cairo Arab Media Festival, Gold Award for Best Film and a reward sum of forty thousand Egyptian pounds for "My Simple Story" by Izidor Musallem, in November 2008.
• 14th Cairo Arab Media Festival, Two Gold Awards for Best Child Actors and a reward sum of ten thousand Egyptian pounds for each of the two main casts in "My Simple Story", in November 2008.
• 19th Cairo International Film Festival For Children, Ministry of Culture Gold Award for "Penalty" by Nouri Bouzid, in March 2009.
