Louis Ferla appointed new Managing Director, Cartier Middle East and India

Cartier Middle East has appointed Mr. Louis Ferla, as its new Managing Director of Cartier Middle East & India taking over from Patrick Normand.

Louis Ferla took over from November 1st, and was previously Managing Director for Cartier Taiwan and has been working for almost 15 years in the Greater China Region (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan), including 10 years for the Richemont Group. Throughout his career he has developed strong skills in retail and marketing; including strategic planning, cost efficiency and operations management.

For the past few years, Cartier has invested in expanding its boutique network in the Middle East and opened 14 boutiques in UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon and India. The Maison is set to open more outstanding boutiques by the end of 2010, developing its presence further in the Middle East.
