- PRESS RELEASE
Providing customers with a superior online experience, du today launched a brand-new website with a clean, simplified look and a multitude of user-friendly features, including rich-media demos and 'smart search' capabilities.
Developed to provide du with a sophisticated online platform that will grow along with it, the new website's design embodies the company's values of friendliness, accessibility and innovation.
"We've combined powerful tools like rich media demonstrations with du's friendly customer service approach to create a website that's truly user-focused," said Farid Faraidooni, EVP Commercial, du. "From a library of resources - including case studies - that help enterprise clients identify promising business communication solutions, to improved pull-down menus that facilitate navigation, our new online environment provides an inviting virtual space for UAE residents to explore a full range of innovative, value-conscious telecommunications offerings."
The redesigned website facilitates communication between du and its customers, opening new channels for interaction. In particular, the self-care portal has been enhanced, allowing customers to quickly and easily register for new services, pay bills, and recharge their mobile accounts.
In addition, enhanced Arabic/English functionality allows users to toggle between languages without navigating away from a given page, and product/service details are provided in a standard, easy-to-read format, helping customers compare and contrast different offerings.
"By providing straight-forward, jargon-free online information about our innovative products and services, we are empowering customers with knowledge and offering them a personalised telecom experience," added Faraidooni. "We look forward to customer feedback on the new website, and we will continue to refine our online platform over the coming months."
