A separate session was organized for CGC channel partners in which about 100 sales personnel from various dealer outlets joined in to understand the nitty-gritty of new hi-tech Nokia devices and OVI services. The visiting Nokia team also explained them about the features and functions of the latest range of Nokia products and accessories, their designs, specifications and market positioning.
The trainees were also briefed on how to respond effectively to customers' queries and help them on proper and efficient handling of their Nokia devices and services so as to take maximum benefits from their devices making their life cozy and comfortable.
Soha also explained at length on Nokia's new wonder platform - OVI. OVI offers customers better connectivity, instant chatting, movies and music access, huge data storage facility and many more, she said, adding that OVI is a growing collection of services to make users' life easier, smooth and connected. "At home, in the office, or on the go, Ovi brings you access to your digital world. Basically, Ovi aims at enhancing your mobile device by making life simpler and more fun. You don't need to worry about where your files are stored, in what calendar you've saved your appointments, or where you've put the address you need to reach.
