Cineco 20 cinemas premieres at Bahrain City Centre on 26 November

Bahrain's biggest cineplex, Cineco 20, is opening at Bahrain City Centre on 26 November with 20 state-of-the-art screens and plush 3,500 seats to offer the most superior cinematic viewing in the Kingdom.

Each cinema will be equipped with stadium seating, a first for the Kingdom, with more leg room to provide greater comfort than any other Cineplex in the country. Provisions have also been made for two VIP screens that offer the ultimate in cinema comfort with space for 40 reclining seats and a delectable food and beverage menu that is served to guests in cinema.

Ray Scott, General Manager, Bahrain City Centre, said:

We would like to invite the people of Bahrain and tourists to our country to experience a world-class cinema now available at their doorstep. With the cinemas and Wahooo! Together with the restaurants, cafés and an extensive food court and you have the ultimate one stop shop destination to spend your Eid break."


Sunil Balan, Chief Operating Officer of Cineco 20, added, "With Cineco 20, we've raised the bar for viewing and comfort for the cinema goers. Our 20 screens are the most sophisticated and high-tech cinemas in Bahrain and the experience is one where our customers will only want to come back for more. We'll be showcasing blockbuster movies from Hollywood, Bollywood and the Arabic film industry with the highlight of our opening week being the release of the highly awaited The Twilight Saga: New Moon."

Cineco 20 cinemas are located on level 2 of Bahrain City Centre. Shows will start as early as 10:30am with the last finishing at 1:30 am weekdays and 3:00 am on weekends.
