- PRESS RELEASE
Dnata Travel and the Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), one of the region's leading experts in corporate, business and leisure travel, have opened an outlet in Al Ain. The new premises offers an extensive range of travel products and services, including a choice of over 100 airlines, tailor-made holiday packages, tours, excursions and safaris, cruises, travel insurance and international car hire.
This is the third Dnata Travel/HRG outlet to open this year, following the launch of new offices in Afghanistan in January and Qatar in May. The latest expansion comes shortly after Dnata was named World's Leading Travel Management Company at the 2009 World Travel Awards in London.
Abdulla Tawakul, Senior Vice President - Corporate & Regional Network, Dnata Travel Services, said: "Dnata/HRG has access to an unrivalled breadth of local and international networks. This enables us to offer our corporate and leisure customers a consistently outstanding level of service and an unbeatable range of products.
"Our mission is to provide the very highest levels of service quality by combining local knowledge with international standards. We believe we are delivering on this promise and the travel industry agrees - this month, Dnata won a leading award voted for by more than 180,000 travel professionals.
"However, our success does not mean that we rest on our laurels and we will continue to invest in our staff and our products to ensure we offer the very best service possible."
George Ambooken, General Manager - Dnata Travel Abu Dhabi, added: "Highly skilled and professional staff with the ability to deliver travel related products and services to award-winning standards are what will set us apart from our competitors and herald a new era for travel services in Al Ain."
The Al Ain Dnata Travel/HRG outlet is strategically located in the Sheikha Fathima Building, Street no. 2, Al Ain (adjacent to the Al Ain Co Operative Society).
