Savvytek participates in launching Red Hat Academy Program in Jordan

This Launch came in succession of Savvytek successful Open Source and RHA Campaign last winter that promoted Red Hat Academy as a principle scheme to bridge the gap between the Industry and Academia; through offering IT Students with well-designed Technology Training Programs as part of the academic curricula.

The event was attended by deans and stakeholders from Jordanian universities and higher education institutes, as well as decision makers from the public and private sectors. It was a great opportunity to create a platform for dialogue between the private sector and the academia, in order to raise the awareness at the academic sector and stress on the significance of Academic Training Programs offered by Technology Providers. In addition, the event discussed how such programs can enhance the IT fresh graduates' career opportunities and lower the cost of building the Country's human capital and boost the national economy.
