Dollar and Thrifty representatives - including counter staff, supervisors, and managers - from the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Lebanon, India, Australia and Germany will attend the training sessions which will be held at the Hilton Jumeirah in Dubai. The sessions will focus on analyzing customer needs in a shifting economic scenario in the region and aligning the service portfolio accordingly.
