Sheikh Mohammed visited all the stands at the exhibition and took time to speak with exhibitors and jobseekers alike as he made his way around what is the most comprehensive career show specifically dedicated to the needs of UAE nationals.

'Sheikh Mohammed's visit on the second day of the event has provided encouragement to the participating exhibitors as well as the students and jobseekers visiting the event,' said DWTC Director General, Mubarak bin Fahad.

He expressed confidence that Careers this year would help exhibitors seeking out timely emiratisation deployment to reach out to prospective jobseekers and students. 'We are positive that young UAE nationals with zeal, talent and requisite skills will find many takers at the event,' Mr. bin Fahad remarked.

The event that is being organised in conjunction with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), The National Human Resource Development and Employment Authority (TANMIA) and Zayed University, will run till April 23.

Careers UAE 2003 features a full programme of workshops, presentations, discussion groups, industry panels and private interview rooms which will give exhibitors more opportunities to target their message to, and meet with, visiting students, graduates and national jobseekers.
