Union Properties open its doors for third open day

This year's event will take place on Saturday 26th April from 9am to 9pm and promises to provide the general public, and businesses alike, with a complete and extensive look in to Union Properties business and project portfolio.

On the day activity will include significant business announcements surrounding current developments; a news exclusive concerning the Green Community and Uptown Mirdiff that will entice property seekers, further news on the recently erected Skywalk Bridge, as well as exciting news regarding the Dubai Autodrome and Business Park.

Mr Anis Al Jallaf, Chairman of Union Properties said, "The success of last year's Open Day was proof that the residents of Dubai and the region need to be kept up to date with the various building projects happening in the city. Dubai is continually growing, so for people to see how, what, where and when Union Properties are contributing to Dubai's skyline, holding the Open Day provides the ideal platform."

Visitors will be treated to an array of themed areas, representing the company's different major projects. Mock up project models will also ensure the visitor is immersed in to the detail and magnitude of each development.

Mr Jallaf added, "The day also gives us the chance to meet the public and demonstrate how we are focused on accommodating their needs, be it through property investment, project management, facilities maintenance or any of the services we offer."

As with previous years, Union Properties will bring together its shareholders for the company's Annual General Meeting in order to review the previous year's financials.
