Emarat's stand at the recent Careers UAE 2003 drew a high level of interest from national students.
Actively pursuing a nationalization programme, Emarat has established a constant presence at career fairs throughout the country. The result has been that Emarat's UAE national staff comprise 35% of its total work force, with a target to raise this to 50% by 2005.

"Career fairs are an important communication tool not only for higher education institutions, but for the corporate sector as well," said Hussain Kazim, Manager-Corporate Communciations, Emarat. "Such events are an ideal platform for students to gain an insight into the work environment, the opportunities available and the skills and knowledge expected of them. At the same time, it enables us - the corporate sector - to learn more of the students' expectations first-hand, answer their queries and explain to them our activities and operations."
