Auntie Anne's celebrates opening in Bahrain

Auntie Anne's, one of the largest hand-rolled soft pretzel franchises in North America, announced that it is continuing its global expansion with the addition of stores in the Kingdom of Bahrain. On December 18, Auntie Anne's at Seef Mall, will open for business providing shoppers with fresh, hot, hand-rolled soft pretzels.

The Auntie Anne's operations in Bahrain will be managed through a sub-franchise license by Da'Rosa Food Company WLL. President Khawla Ebrahim, the leader in opening Auntie Anne's Pretzels in Bahrain is dedicated to provide that Pretzel Perfect Guarantee by providing quality and satisfaction. The company expects to open at least five stores over the next five years with the goal of adding a unique brand to the food sectors in Bahrain. The master franchisee for Auntie Anne's in this region of the world is Hospitality Concepts and Solution headed by Ziad Kaddoura located in Dubai, UAE.

A company representative from Da'Rosa Food Company stated that they are very proud to be part of the Auntie Anne's franchise system because it is consistently ranked number one in the category of hand-rolled soft pretzels by Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 and has received the World-Class Franchise honor (the most prestigious award in franchising) for the past four years.

Using a proprietary recipe, the pretzels are created with the dough mixed, rolled, twisted and baked right in front of customers. Auntie Anne's in Bahrain will initially serve customers the standard menu line-up, including a wide variety of pretzel flavors and on-the-go meal selections. All products have a Perfect Guarantee stating, "if a customer does not love his or her pretzel, Auntie Anne's will replace it with one he or she does love." Customization of products to fit local taste profiles may be explored by the master franchisee and Auntie Anne's, Inc. in the coming months.

Auntie Anne's Pretzels are a great tasting, nutritious alternative to traditional, fat-filled, high calorie fast food. Auntie Anne's uses only wholesome, all natural ingredients for its fresh baked pretzels. A variety of our pretzels when served without butter, average just 1 gram of fat. With butter, Auntie Anne's Original Pretzel has only 5 grams of fat. A selection of pretzel flavors can be ordered with or without butter and delicious dipping sauces are also available.
