Paramount Computer Systems hosts UAE Customer Meet 2003

Paramount is the first IT Security Company to win the prestigious awards for Dubai Quality Appreciation Program and Investor in People Standard.

Speaking on the occasion, the CEO, Premchand Kurup welcomed the customers and thanked them for their valuable patronage extended to Paramount all through the years. "It has always been our endeavour to better understand customer needs and find the best possible solutions. Customer feedback is critical in order to deliver a total customer experience, and we felt that customers would be more forthcoming and relaxed in an informal environment", continued Kurup.

Justin Doo, Managing Director Trend Micro Middle East Operations who was present at this meet explained that Trend Micro had opened office in Dubai Internet City to reaffirm its commitment to this region. He also remarked upon the success Paramount has had over recent years and he looks forward to a continuing good relationship with the organization.

A large base of Paramount customers attended the Meet from banks, airlines, government departments and the corporate sector. Several customers expressed satisfaction on the services offered by Paramount and were eager to evaluate new security products and services.

The highlights of the evenings included a magic show and many lucky dip prizes. This customer meet in UAE was the first in a series of similar initiatives. Paramount plans to extend these programs to other Middle East countries as well.
