- PRESS RELEASE
Every employee of leading property developers EMAAR Properties has signed a pledge to further enhance the quality of their work at a ceremony held recently at the company's Head Office in Dubai.
Quality Pledge boards are to be established at the various site offices of EMAAR Properties to serve as a reminder to employees of their commitment to further improving their existing high working standards.
Mr. Abdul Razaq Al Jassim, Executive Director, Corporate Services & Organisational Development said: "The Quality Pledge boards can even be seen by our customers who will then be able to understand the commitment of EMAAR Properties to achieving excellence.
"Staff who have made the pledge will be divided into different groups and sent to participate in quality enhancement workshops. EMAAR Properties has recognised the need to introduce novel initiatives that would tremendously motivate its employees and in turn make a positive difference to the performance of the company".
EMAAR Properties is currently developing five world class projects in Dubai, as part of the company's strategic plan to contribute to the development of Dubai and the national economy. The five projects are Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, The Lakes, Gold and Diamond Park and the "Old Dubai" heritage development programme.
