As construction of the two properties is not completed yet, each visitor was required to wear a safety helmet.
The tour, lead by General Manager, Ignace Bauwens, started at the 412 rooms Novotel World Trade Center, then continued to the 210 rooms Ibis World Trade Centre.
Both properties are part of the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition complex and offer direct access to the concourse level which connects the exhibition halls to the convention center, an ideal situation for the organizers of such a high profile event.
'We are on target for opening in time for the summit, and look forward to hosting IMF delegates, we will work closely with the organizers to ensure that all their needs are met during their stay with us' said General Manager Mr. Bauwens.
With 150,000 associates in 140 countries, Accor is the European leader and one of the world's largest groups in travel, tourism and corporate services.
