Nawras Business Solutions roadshow successfully concluded in Salalah recently after clocking up more than 3000 kilometres over a four week period in which corporate customers in the cities of Muscat, Sohar, Sur, Salalah and Nizwa, learnt how easy and convenient it is to get more with Nawras.
Hundreds of roadshow attendees listened to a fascinating insight on the corporate telecom market in Oman given by Oliver Wyman consultants preceding an informative NBS presentation outlining the exciting products and services offered by this award winning communications provider with excellent quality through both fixed and mobile technology.
While on the road, Nawras, a Qtel Group company, was described in live testimonials by business customers as giving "amazing after sales support", being "a quality service provider that delivers what it promises" as well as giving "value for money" all of which being important considerations for any commercial concern.
Manjunath Nayak, Finance Manager, Special Technical Services LLC, said, "After joining hands with Nawras, we are experiencing a drop in our telecom related expenses which is good and particularly cool news in the present economic conditions. Our costs on both local and international calls have fallen drastically thanks to the excellent price plans and discounts given to us. Closed User Group service, or CUG, has also helped to increase communication amongst our staff with no call charges and just a nominal monthly fee."
Speaking in Sohar, Shanawaz, head of IT at Enhance began describing his company's experience by saying that Enhance was one of the earliest BlackBerry users after being impressed that Nawras only ever brings in a new product after mastering it themselves. He went on to say that in more than two years, Enhance had never experienced any telecom downtime.
"We have about 300 users in Towell Auto formed into a single group allowing free calls within the group for a nominal fixed charge," said Biji Thomas, Senior Branch Manager for Towell Auto in Sur. He continued, "With this CUG we have total freedom to do business without worrying about air time or per minute costs."
"CUG has made a big difference in our company. The service has encouraged our staff to avoid missed calls which was rarely done when they used prepaid SIM-cards. Personally I would recommend Nawras to anyone who needs value for money and seeks a quality service and a friendly culture," he said.
Live demonstrations of Nawras Broadband Internet, Nawras BlackBerry, fax service and MyNawras for Business gave attendees the opportunity to tangibly experience some of the many ways that this award winning company constantly provides corporate customers and consumers with great value, excellent quality and pleasingly different service.
Nawras recently won 'Customer Service Provider of the Year', the company's second customer service award in 2009.
