Mobile phone subscribers fall in Egypt

According to the Egyptian Cabinet Information and Decision Support Centre, the total number of mobile phone subscribers in the country had dropped to 52.978 million in October, Reuters has reported. More than a million accounts had been created every month since late last year, but some 450,000 accounts had been closed during the month, the centre said.
