Abu Dhabi firm wins $162m Indian contract

Abu Dhabi-based National Petroleum Construction Co. has won a $162m EPC contract from India's Oil & Natural Gas Corp. Ltd to develop an offshore oil platform project in Mumbai, WAM has reported. Under the contract, NPCC will carry out survey, design, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning of RS-12 Well Platform Project at offshore Mumbai High Field. The project completion is scheduled for April 30, 2011.
