Adnec and Hyatt International appoint General Manager for Abu Dhabi's new iconic hotel

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec) and Hyatt International Corporation have announced the appointment of highly experienced and respected hotelier, Ashwini Kumar as the General Manager of the Hyatt at Capital Centre, a unique 5 star hotel which will be housed in the iconic and gravity defying Capital Gate adjacent to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
Conveniently linked to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, the 189-room Hyatt at Capital Centre, which is located on floors 18 - 35 of Capital Gate, is set to become a landmark on the Abu Dhabi skyline and a leading business hotel in the region. The remarkable sky lobby which is suspended 80 metres above the ground will offer sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf, the surrounding city, the Mangroves and Abu Dhabi Islands such as Saadiyat Island and Yas Island. The sleek and elegant interior design of the hotel will offer guests a refined experience of contemporary luxury.

Hyatt at Capital Centre is located on floor 18 - 35 of Capital Gate adjacent to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, within the Capital Centre development. Capital Gate, which is widely regarded as being the most inclined building on Earth, recently reached its final height of 160 metres. External glazing is almost fully complete; as is the construction of the striking external "splash" which joins Capital Gate to the existing Adnec Grandstand.
