Dubai Healthcare City launches region's first Ayurvedic Clinic

Dubai Healthcare City, a member of Tecom Investments, today announced the launch of Royal Ayurveda Clinic, the first in the region to provide a full range of Ayurvedic medical services.

Dr. Ayesha Abdullah, Managing Director, Sciences Cluster and Executive Director for DHCC, Tecom Investments Business Parks, opened the clinic in the presence of His Excellency Wasantha Senanayake, Consul-General of Sri Lanka in Dubai, and Hiroki Matsumoto, Managing Director, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Dubai and MENA.

Royal Ayurveda is dedicated to providing high quality patient care with an unrelenting attention to clinical excellence and patient safety in disease management, positive health promotion, as well as relaxation and vitalizing therapy. Patients will have access to full-fledged and systematic Ayurvedic consultations, body constitution (dosha) determination, pancha karma or other disease-specific treatments with herbal medicines, oil massage treatments, cleansing and detoxifying therapies, as well as nutritional and lifestyle counselling.

The 5,000-year-old Ayurveda or 'Science of Life' aims at treating the sick as well as the healthy. It cures the disease and also rejuvenates and tones the body by strengthening the immune system.
