Spread over 39,000 sq ft, the exhibition is also expected to bring together over 5,000 regional and international industry professionals including property developers, architects, designers and consultants.
Shahla Ahmed Abdul Razak, Deputy CEO at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, said:
"The Cedre Villas project will be displayed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the first time, and we are expecting potential buyers and investors to take advantage of our great offers during the exhibition. Senior officials will be on hand at the DSO stand to interact with potential investors and provide additional information about the various projects on offer within the high-tech park. Located within the 7.2-square km state-of-the-art integrated high-technology park, the 1,047-unit Cedre Villas development comprises of Luxury villas, Executive Villas, Twin Villas, and Town Houses. The project is distinct due to its three architectural choices - modern, traditional, and Arabic.
Cedre Villas is part of a comprehensive urban community at DSO that combines office towers, research and development (R&D) and industrial zones, educational institutions, luxury apartments, villas, hotels, healthcare facilities and a wide range of lifestyle options to create a dynamic commercial and social environment.
