"We've become increasingly aware that our female customers want services and products that suit their lifestyles. Saudi women are taking on more roles and more responsibilities, and we have to innovate for them to ensure that their banking experience meets and exceeds their expectations,"
explained Faten Abalkhail, head of ladies banking at Saudi Hollandi Bank.
In step with Saudi Hollandi Bank's investments in its female branches, the Bank has also developed a series of training programs for its female staff as well as the development of a new position in ladies branches (Service Agent) to improve the speed and quality of service provided to lady customers. Saudi women will benefit from the best financial and investment advice in the Kingdom at Saudi Hollandi Banks, according to Abalkhail.
"There's no doubt that Saudi women are becoming more important to the Kingdom's economy. Many of our female customers are executives who are busy but they naturally want the best advice possible to maximize their returns," explains Abalkhail. "We want our female customers to feel valued every time they interact with Saudi Hollandi Bank, to feel comfortable, and to enjoy a service that sees them taken care of as soon as they walk through the door."
To educate its customers on this new strategy Saudi Hollandi Bank has launched marketing campaigns 'Behind every great woman a bank puts her first' designed to highlight the Bank's services and concepts as well as the efficiency, speed, and flexibility offered at Saudi Hollandi's ladies branches.
"For selected customers we will also offer them free credit cards with 10,000 Tadalal reward points in addition to personal finance schemes. Our female customers have and will always be our priority. We want to make sure that they are rewarded for their success," she added.
