Dubai landlords hold villa rents

Dubai landlords are refusing to lower villa rentals despite a softening of the rentals market since the start of the war in Iraq. Agents told AME Info most of them can afford to wait until the autumn when lettings are expected to pick up strongly. By the end of the year the market could be facing a shortage of accomodation again, they added.
