Menatelecom launches first 'Broadband Games Service' in the Middle East

Online action games will never be the same again as users will now be able to have a higher grade connection to game servers, in addition to faster and better signal quality. Customers on any package can ask for this special service to be added to their monthly plan.

The new service will enable better online games experience for PlayStation, X-box and PC games players. Online game fans around the world have rarely been offered services that address their specific needs. Now, they have a choice.

Existing and new WiMAX customers can obtain the new service by visiting any Menatelecom outlet and filling out a simple application form.

Menatelecom has branches at Bahrain World Trade Center, Bahrain Financial Harbour, Country Mall - Budaiya, GOSI Complex, KFH Automall Sitra, Isa Town Mall and Muharraq in addition to its newest branch Bu Kuwara Riffa.

The outlets are fully equipped with the latest Blackberry handsets and active WiMAX user stations where customers can test the latest subscriber packages and services offered by Menatelecom.

Menatelecom is an investment subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House (Bahrain), and the first company in the world to launch a nationwide WiMAX 802.16e end-to-end network.
