A 4-D film (sometimes written 4D film) is a term that describes an entertainment presentation system combining a 3-D film with physical effects in the cinema, which occur in synchronization with the film. Because the physical effects are expensive to set up, 4-D films can only be presented at special venues such as this one at Gondolania. Across the world the movies for such 4D cinemas are kept to a short duration, so as to crank up the hi-tech fun and heighten the excitement.

Gondolania's 4D Cinema is one of the most advanced in the region, employing interactive seats and unique special effects that are built into the cinema itself. The moto of this brand is based on speed, sport and style and is created by people with years of experience in both bowling and leisure. It is "designer" because all the equipment (balls, racks ball return stands and seats) are designed by Pininfarina, the Italian world-famous designer of Ferrari and Maserati.
