The new VideoKamera application is now available to download at www.softwaremarket.nokiame.com. VideoKamera allows Nokia 7650 users to take up to 15 seconds of video recordings and send them via Multimedia Messaging (MMS) or email via GPRS. This user-friendly software is being provided free of charge and is virtually effortless to install using Bluetooth or an infra-red enabled personal computer or laptop.

With a maximum resolution of 176x132 pixels and VGA colour, the recorded video clips are saved in 3GP format up to a size of 95 KB, which will allow recordings of up to 15 seconds. The clips can then be sent to other devices using MMS (Multimedia Messaging Services), which in addition to the familiar text content of SMS, can also contain still images, audio clips and now video.
