Escan signs agreement with Salwan Properties and Entourage Marketing for Al Fanar Towers

Escan Investment and Real Estate Development, one of the most reputed development companies in the UAE, today announced that it has signed for the exclusive sales rights with Salwan Property Management, a leading provider of innovative leasing and property management solutions, for their new Fujairah development; Al Fanar Towers.

Escan has also announced that it has signed with Entourage Marketing and Events, a leading provider of sales and marketing consulncy and experts with wide range of experiances in branding and events managment as an exclusive consultant for the sales and marketing strategies for Al Fanar Towes in Fujairah. The partnership will see Salwan as the authorized sales agent for interested end-consumers and investors and Entourage as the sales and marketing consultants.

Al Fanar, meaning 'Lighthouse' in Arabic, is a strategically located beachside address set in the most naturally beautiful of all the Emirates. The project is a freehold development, for GCC residents and company owners with 49% ownership, consisting of three boutique towers, uniquely and stylishly designed, featuring a residential tower, an office tower, and a shopping mall. The towers will be the first in the Emirate to feature Smart Technology and are among the first high rise towers to be developed in Fujairah. The project was launched yesterday at the Hilton, Fujairah under the patronage of His Highness, the Crown Prince of Fujairah, Mohammed Bin Hamad Al Sharqi.

Al Fanar is the latest development in a string of successes from Escan propelling them from strength to strength in a rapidly changing market. With Fujairah boasting an 80% hotel occupancy rate throughout the year and untouched mountains, natural springs and beaches, it is fast becoming the Emirate of choice for tourists and investors alike.

Set in a strategic city centre location, Al Fanar offers spectacular sea views while maintaining excellent highway access to all other Emirates. The residential tower will feature two basement parking floors as well as 35 floors of designer apartments with the option of studios, and one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as three and four bedroom penthouses. The commercial tower will feature a total of 55 floors of affordable office space with spectacular views and plenty of on-site, underground parking. The whole development will be only 20 minutes away from Dubai International Airport via the new Dubai-Fujairah highway.
