"In 2002 we witnessed a 50% sales increase over 2001 which proves that there is a growing interest in motorcycles in Abu Dhabi. This is attributed to the impressive new motorcycle line-up that BMW has introduced into the world markets. In February 2003 we launched a Motorcycle Club in the UAE that started with 27 members, and in just two months the Club now has 60 members," said Arno Husselman, General Manager, Abu Dhabi Motors. Enthusiasts that are interested in joining can contact Kamal on 02-6811700 for further information. Abu Dhabi Motors offers full financing schemes and insurance on all BMW motorcycles, making the process of owning them an easier one for their customers.

R 1200 CL: Luxury cruiser for touring in supreme style
Powerful presence and luxurious features are the best terms for describing the BMW R 1200 CL and the impression it creates. The machine's four headlights - two for the low beams and two for the high beams - give the motorcycle an unmistakable face with a crosswise arrangement that creates a stunning visual effect never seen on any motorcycle before.

K 1200 GT: Continuing the K Series tourer tradition
The "GT" model designation stands for Gran Tourismo and is the synonym for refined sporting performance combined with superior touring comfort for both rider and passenger. With the new K 1200 GT, a sporting alternative is being offered for the motorcyclist who does not wish to forego the good protection offered by a tourer from wind and weather as well as that truly comfortable, upright seating position.

R1150 R Rockster: State-of-the-art in every detail!
The new innovative Sports Roadster by BMW Motorrad, the BMW R 1150 R Rockster, features intelligent technology alongside aggressive looks. Its punch is delivered by the boxer engine featuring two-spark double ignition for the first time. With a dynamic chassis, precise handling and outstanding athletic ergonomics, the bike is set to thrill anyone who rides it. A dual seat is also available as an option for all those who want to share this unique riding experience.

"What sets BMW motorcycles apart is the engineering integrity and attention to detail which ensures their longevity, durability, safety and unmatched comfort. We are in the prestige section of the motorcycle market and clear engineering simply won't satisfy our discerning customers. We are confident these new models will appeal to a wider audience and lead to another exceptional year for Abu Dhabi Motors," added Husselman.
