Summer F.U.N. selection unrolls at Zain Bahrain

After a long screening process for the hundred of applications Zain Bahrain has received for its one of a kind summer training program, one hundred and twenty eager applicants have been showing off their skills and suitability to selectors from Zain Bahrain as the most ambitious and innovative summer training program gets underway.
The strict selection criteria was put together by Zain Bahrain staff who drew on their experience in the company to create a 'Zain values' template to test the applicants.
Thirty finalists will be selected from the 120 applicants and they will join the summer F.U.N. program from July 1 to the end of August. They will be given tasks to accomplish and at the end of the program, they will be assessed and bonuses will be given to high-achievers.
Added Zain Bahrain's Human Resources Manager, Mrs. Dana Bukhammas, "This is a program with a difference and once again, Zain Bahrain will be serving the community in a unique and valuable way by giving these young people a feel of the real corporate world. Undoubtedly this F.U.N. experience will stand them in good stead when they join the workplace in the future."
