TBWA\RAAD appointed to re-launch Renault in Saudi Arabia

TBWA\RAAD has won Renault's re-launch creative brief in Saudi Arabia following a pitch against two other international agencies.

The appointment strengthens TBWA\RAAD Saudi Arabia's portfolio of leading brands which already includes Almarai, Henkel, Axiom Telecom, Holsten, Michelin, MARS and many others.

K.S. Kumar General Manager of Gulf Advantage Automobiles, Renault's new exclusive distributor in Saudi Arabia, announced that the decision was made on a combination of measurements including strategic and creative capabilities and most importantly, knowledge of the Saudi automotive market.

"TBWA\RAAD Saudi Arabia scored the best across all these dimensions and accordingly was awarded the account," he said.

Ghassan Kassabji, MD of TBWA\RAAD Saudi Arabia, described the win as an important achievement, saying, "We are very proud to have won the pitch and are very excited to work on multinational brands such as Renault. Re-launching the brand in the Kingdom is a challenge any professional agency would love to tackle."
