Gargash Enterprises organises comprehensive onsite training for mechanics

The programme has been introduced to further improve services offered to customers.

A new training academy has been commissioned at the Gargash Service Centre in Deira with a fully qualified technical trainer. Training is carrying out in small groups and on an individual basis utilising the latest computer based training modules from Daimler Chrysler.

The training academy was purpose built to accommodate an actual vehicle, enabling the instructions to flow from theoretical to practical on site.

Employees will also receive a certificate on completion of each session as part of a structured programme

Richard Barber, General Manager of Gargash Enterprises said, "This is a further step in our efforts to ensure that Gargash offers top-class service to our customers. When a repair job comes in, we want to guarantee that not only will the car be repaired in the best possible way as quickly as possible, we also want to set new standards on turnaround time to our customers. To this end, our training programme is ensuring that all of our mechanics have the same high level of knowledge and ability."

This is the latest move in Gargash Enterprises' strategy to offer customers quality service of the highest standard. The company also recently delivered two prestigious Maybach cars, which cost between Dhs 1,400,000 and Dhs 1,550,000 each. Only 1000 Maybachs are produced globally each year.
