Most recently Amit resumed responsibility for Catering and Conference Services in addition to International Groups & Incentives. Whilst he will continue to direct both departments, Amit's new role means he also inherits the management of the Business Development Team including local corporate and GCC business. Amit transferred 15 months ago from The Ritz-Carlton Schlosshotel, Berlin where he held the position of Senior Sales Manager, looking after all the Government related business. Amit's diplomatic background saw him raised in four different continents including Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States. Prior to Berlin, he was working at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston.
