Swift Freight International achieves ISO 9001:2000.

Years of dedicated service have earned Swift this milestone. "We have always believed in maintaining quality standards and operations. It is best for our customers and subsequently, best for us ", says Managing Director Middle East, Mr. B.Rajagopalan. The ISO 9001:2000 certification is accredited by UK/AS and presented to Swift through BVQI. The ISO 9001:2000 is a Quality Management Systems Certificate which stresses customer service and satisfaction as well as continuous improvements within an organization, traits which Swift has adopted from the outset.

Created in 1989 through the vision of it's founder Issa Baluch; Swift Freight International, a member of several freight forwarding and logistics associations worldwide, has expanded untiringly and is proud to have achieved this ISO certification.

To celebrate the occasion, a staff luncheon was hosted at the Swift Corporate headquarters in Jebel Ali, Dubai and attended by 90 Swift employees as well as Mr. Marian Paruszewski and Ms. Ruba Safadi, both delegates for BVQI / ISO. The one and half-hour staff luncheon was a dynamic event. Commencing with a meeting for managers, an introductory note by Mr. Paruszewski, Operations Manager and Nominated Certification Officer, a cake cutting and certificate presentation and finally a congratulatory speech by Chairman & C.E.O. Mr. Issa Baluch. Mr. Baluch concluded the day's formal proceedings with a quote from John Ruskin. "Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort. There must be the will to produce a superior thing."
