In a gesture of appreciation for its employees, EMAAR Properties, the region's premier property development company, treated it employees to a 'Day Out' at the Lakes Club.
According to Mr. Mohamed Ali Alabbar, Chairman, EMAAR Properties, employees are the driving force behind any successful organisation. "As we consolidate our achievements in 2002, it is clear that our employees played a crucial role in this success. As a company which boasts a large national and multi-ethnic workforce, we realise that our commitment does not stop at providing a challenging work environment, but extends to employees' professional and personal growth."
Two initiatives undertaken by EMAAR to ensure that its employees are developed and supported are regular Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Employee Suggestion Schemes.
In conclusion, Mr. Alabbar said, "Only by providing parameters for human development, our employees become committed and motivated individuals and enable us to realise our vision of shaping the future of Dubai."
