Bank Audi launches 'audi cards online' service

This step falls within the plan to meet the demands of the Bank's credit cardholders for convenience and speed, and to offer them the fastest and easiest way to review their credit card activity via the Internet.

On this occasion, Mrs. Randa Bdeir, Group Head of Electronic Banking and Cards Services at Bank Audi sal - Audi Saradar Group, said, "The development of Cards Online services is part of the Group's strategy to always offer its cardholders innovative functionalities and more autonomy in dealing with their credit cards online. The Bank aims at widening access to its Internet banking facilities and enabling its clients to easily check their cards account information and manage their cards operations from abroad."

With Audi Cards Online Service, cardholders can get real time information on all their credit card accounts through the Internet. They can view all their card activities, up to the minute, when it's convenient for them, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by using a secure access. Cards Online is quick, convenient, paperless, easy to use, and above all, for free. Once cardholders are registered, they will be able to:

• Check their card's available limit as well as the latest transactions effected, in addition to viewing the status of all their card accounts.
• View their statement online and get instant access to past months statements, in addition to downloading transaction details and sorting them by date of purchase or amount.
• Review their payment due date and payment history.
• Get their accumulated "Audi Rewards" points balance.

In addition to these benefits, cardholders can also:
• Register to the SMS service or edit their existing mobile number.
• Subscribe to the e-statement service or modify their current e-mail address.
