- PRESS RELEASE
AqarMap.com launched to meet demand by offering an innovative platform that matches sellers with buyers based on location. The eMarketplace takes advantage of affordable and more efficient marketing channels.
This innovative approach enables the buyers to search the market by browsing an interactive map instead of using keywords.
In their 2009 Real Estate interactive advertising outlook, Borrell Associates suggested that "spending on traditional media will decline, while spending on interactive will increase."
The time of gigantic marketing campaigns that were focused on investors is gone. Real Estate companies and private owners are currently focused on finding customers for their vacant properties.
Amad Almsaodi, CEO of AqarMap.com, says: "We built our marketplace by capitalizing on the Real Estate golden rule: Location, Location, Location. The price of a property is irrelevant if it is not in the customers preferred location. Customers can now search by location and find the nearby points of interest, such as: parks, schools, public transportation."
Property owners can post their listings on AqarMap.com for free, and for a small fee they can promote their listings to gain higher visibility on the map.
"Our sophisticated advertising technology enables our customers to geographically target their potential clients. This seamless integration with our map produces more leads than the typical banner or text ads" said Marketing Manager, Mohamed Hareth.
AqarMap.com uses advanced mashup technology to empower the users with valuable information.
"We use Google Maps for identifying the location, Youtube for the property tour, Twitter and Facebook for sharing the listing in the social web, and a set of other technologies to translate the content and convert numbers and currencies" said Ahmed Abdul Moula, Technology Manager.
AqarMap.com launched a beta version a few months ago, and more than 600 real estate companies and realtors participated in testing and enhancing the platform.
